CONTRAT OEB

Mrs Victoria Faciane is a dishonest breeder, I contacted her in 2006 to buy a blue OEB and sent the required deposit amout of USD 500.-. 200.- USD by wire and 300 with the signed puppy buyers contract. She aknowleged receipt of my deposit. See emails below. In her website under "bad owners" she put me as bad owner claiming I had not paid in full my deposit, that I coulden't afford the pup and that I sold a previous bulldog I bought from her with benefits - even if I had - it's not her business -. I sold the first dog I bought form her because he not turned out the way I like - he was just cute as all pups - and I sold him for same price I bought him 2500.- of course with the CKC papers contrary to what she claims! Will contact the buyer of that pup and post proof that I sold the dog with papers - just another "Alice of wonderland" mythomaniac story!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After I have made my full deposit wich Mrs Faciane recieved and aknowleged receipts on April 27th 2006, she begged me by phone to pay 500.- USD more because she has financial problems. So I paid 500.- more, I even offered her to pay 2'000.- (see email below on emails link) more before the pups were born, by chance I sent her only 500.- more to help her. Total amount sent 990.- USD!

When the pups were born, she asked me immediate full payment of the pup USD 4850.-, less the USD 490.- and 500.- USD I already paid - and I was not agree too, because the buyers contract stated full payment required when pup turns 6 weeks and I wanted to see how the pup progresses because I had a serious doubt about their prdigree - she Named The Puppies Pics "JUAN GOTTY" thinking I'm not familiar with the APBT american lines. Will post our email exchange about THAT MATTER!

Finally she sold MY pick pup to another buyer without my agreement and this before 6 weeks of age and not with 4 months of age like she pretends because she was broke again - needed fast cash.

She pretends that she never uses APBT in her line (have nothing with all foundation breeds of the OEB) and says she use BLUE SHAR PEI in her line. Please see emails below... pmsfl. In these emails Mrs Faciane admits that she recieved full deposit contrary to what she claims in her "bad owners" link on your website - pls see victoria's got a blue "secret" website from wich you find link below. Have nothing against all foundation breeds of the OEB but SHAR PEI has nothing to do in the MIX. That's just a proof she's a liar!!! Pls see her email on the link below...

Everybody know today that her blue OEB stud BLUE BRAHAMA is son of her APBT "The Blue Hulk" and certainly not out of Jlo x Pugzi a Leavitt line OEB. Both genitors must carry the blue gene (dd) to produce some and Pugzi 100% doesn't! Take also a look of Blue Brahama offspring they have almost all the blue spots in the middle of the white chest, just like the foundation male APBT "Blue Hulk".

USD + an account to the pup of 500.- USD wich is not part of the deposit.
